The Brown County Historical Society hosted a presentation on extinct animals from the past: specifically mammoths. The presentation “Mammoths, Mastodons & More: Mammoth Tusk Age Reveal” brought a rare specimen back to New Ulm - a mammoth tusk found in the area recently. The presentation was held Saturday, December 2 at the Brown County Historical Museum and Annex.
